FAQ: how to create custom Garmin maps

Many people ask me how to create custom Garmin maps. Well, it is not something for the beginner... but it can be done. Since this is a FAQ, there won't be (and there is no planning of) a complete walkthrough here, sorry. =8-)

Programs used in the proces of map creation ar Ozi Explorer, GPS TrackMaker, MapDekode, and/or cGPSmapper.

My own custom Garmin maps are made with help from OziExplorer and MapDekode.
