FAQ: what batteries can I use to replace the one in the Quest?

At the moment there are two batteries confirmed to be usable as a replacement for the fixed battery of the Quest:

• The battery for the Acer N35 PDA: Li-ion, 3,7 Volt, 1200mAh, 49,5x34x5,8mm (LxBxH), 21gr (source)
• Item No. RB-Spa-109 (SFE Polymer Lithium Ion Battery - 3,7 V 1100 mAh) from www.robotshop.ca
  

Note: replacing the battery requires you to open your Quest (voiding any warranty left, which probably is none anyway), solder the battery to the wires inside the Quest and closing the Quest (be carefull with the rubber seals to make it waterproof again!).
