FAQ: Can the memory of the GPS V be expanded beyond the 19Mb?

No, the 19Mb memory is fixed and can't be expanded. A GPS V with more memory would be an almost ideal GPS receiver, there are several reasons why this won't happen: uploading by serial connection would take ages and it would make the StreetPilot 3 almost impossible to sell.
